Deadline.com reports that Andre Braugher, who Law & Order fans may cry upward from his Homicide: Life on the Streets (H:LOTS) component (and the L&O crossover)  is inwards negotiations for a recurring component on Law & Order SVU. I for sure promise this comes to pass. I  liked him on H:LOTS as well as actually enjoyed him on "Men of a Certain Age."
